Shield Safety, the trusted name in food safety, health and safety, and fire safety, has significantly upgraded its award-winning digital safety management platform, RiskProof, to better serve hospitality, leisure, and retail businesses.
The modular platform, designed to deliver real-time insights and ensure customer protection, now boasts two new advanced features.
The first is an innovative update to RiskProof’s pioneering Monitoring Module, introducing a new ‘Pause and Resume’ feature. This enhancement provides both management and team members with greater flexibility and control over safety and compliance checks, without compromising the accuracy of monitoring. When a checklist is paused, progress is not reported, ensuring that data captured remains accurate and preventing incomplete or inaccurate data from affecting the overall dashboard.
Additionally, the RiskProof’s Audit Module has been further enhanced with the launch of the new ‘Non-Conformance Report’. This feature significantly improves all food and health and safety audits across the business. It offers a streamlined, comprehensive, and centralised view of audit non-conformances across all locations, enabling hospitality businesses to tackle compliance issues more effectively and efficiently. A newly introduced colour-coded severity chart highlights non-conformances based on urgency, allowing companies to identify high-priority safety issues and address the most critical areas first.
RiskProof forms part of Shield Safety’s unique integrated safety platform, which also includes the industry’s most expert team of professional safety consultants and the new voluntary third-party assurance scheme, ‘Safe to Trade’.
In the coming months we will be making further updates to RiskProof including a full suite of reports for Fire and the rest of the modules, continually improving the software over the next 12 months.
